1    Los Angeles

With a little planning, traveling with your dog is easy. Rent a dog-friendly vacation condo in Los Angeles, and take your buddy to all the great city parks so he or she can smell new things and meet new friends. The outdoor mall often frequented by celebs also offers a few dog-friendly shops. Do you think your dog might do well in an off-leash social environment? There are many friendly dog parks in locations ranging from the Arts District to Whittier to Redondo Beach. San Diego County offers a broad range of hiking options that allow you to bring your dog along.
7    Rome Italy

Should you bring your dog to Rome? Rome is a perfect city plan for urban dog visitors. Golden Tulip Bellambriana is a very dog friendly hotel in Rome. Up to two pets are allowed for a fee of 20 euros per night per pet. Well-behaved pets are welcome to dine with their owners at the Italian restaurant located at the Hotel Delle Muse. 8    New York
