The coaster will reach heights of more than one hundred and fifty feet before plunging back to the ground at top speeds towards the end.

2. Expedition Everest at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

The thrills of Mount Everest are brought directly to you at Animal Kingdom and while you may not be too concerned about traveling to the top of the world via a train, you should worry about the legendary snow monster that is planning to greet you there just past the darkness. After you get to the top of the steep hill, you will find yourself in the dark before getting to a twisted and broken part of the track. Your heart will think it is all over as you plunge backwards and hear the growl of a ferocious beast getting closer and closer to you. Don’t worry, you should make it back to the bottom, mostly unscarred!

3. Rock ‘n’ Roll Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Aerosmith’s legacy began back in 1970 and now you can join in on the music and fun with a ride across town with the band on this coaster. Climb into the limousine and buckle up tight, because you are in for the ride of your life as you zoom past many of the iconic landmarks of Hollywood. Hold on tight as you weave throughout the traffic jams that this part of the world is famous for and hope that you arrive at the concert in one piece.

4. Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Florida

There are so many past guests that will tell you that this indoor roller coaster is not scary at all, but they are not telling the truth. Instead, they just want you to feel safe, before they hear you screaming from a couple miles away! As you ride around the track, you will find yourself hanging on tight, and maybe closing your eyes, while trying to stay away from Mummy Imhotep. Be prepared to duck, because the mummy will throw everything at you, including warrior mummies and fire. Just as you think you are getting away; you will find yourself in total darkness hoping that it will be over soon.

5. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

You may feel goosebumps when you first walk into the cobweb filled lobby of the Hollywood Tower Hotel and its all for good reason, because before you know it, you will be welcomed into the Twilight Zone by Rod Serling. He will invite you to enter the elevator to see if you can survive the fate that so many other hotel guests faced back on Halloween of 1939. As soon as the doors close, the elevator will shoot up into the air before dropping a little and going back up. That will continue until you hopefully arrive safely back on the first floor after a terrifying major drop from the tallest point.
